Filter Belt

Filter Belt is a conveyor belt made of pure cotton canvas or interwoven impregnated cotton canvas, refined through processes such as rolling, forming, and vulcanization. The core material can be polyester cotton interwoven fabric TC-70 or cotton canvas CC-56, with a width range of 500mm-6000mm, a fabric layer of 1-12 layers, and a covering adhesive thickness of 1.5-10mm on the working surface and 0mm-6mm on the non working surface.

Material and Manufacturing Process

The main materials for Filter Belt include cotton canvas, natural rubber, nitrile rubber, carbon black, and some chemical raw materials. Its manufacturing process includes rolling, forming, and vulcanization processes. The core is woven from fibers such as cotton, nylon, polyester, or vinylon, which have good adhesion and durability

Performance characteristics

Ordinary conveyor belts have less deformation under high temperature conditions and are suitable for use in situations where the distance is short and the amount of conveyed material is small.
